Profile of Nigel Vaughan, CEO of Solent Synergy Limited:

•  Over 20 years at Board level (UK plc, US multinational, investor backed enterprises and German Group):
• Successful roles in both large and small companies, including taking an early stage business and selling it for £60M after 7 years.
• Has repeatedly performed company turnarounds, acquisitions & change management to maximise shareholder value.
• Hands-on experience and team development skills ensure rapid contribution to new and complex situations, plus successful project delivery.
• Extensive investor experience in both the institutional (Venture Capital) and private investor (Business Angel) communities.
• In addition to being the CEO of Solent Synergy, Nigel is a non-executive Director for 3i plc on one of their invested companies and advises a number of knowledge based businesses
